As our business and our clients’ needs continue to grow in scale and complexity, we need the professional services of a Sr. Livestreaming Operation Specialist to oversee our live streaming services from end-to-end including content strategy development, livestream setup, and more. The Sr. Livestreaming Operation Specialist will work closely with our clients and our staff to coordinate the logistics of these livestreams from managing scheduling and timeline to planning the specific content for these livestreams to ensure that clients are building and maintaining strong brand awareness and customer engagement.

The hired individual will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Manage the end-to-end operations of livestream events, from concept to execution, ensuring that each event is on-brand and strategically aligned with business goals.
  • Provide clients with instructions and feedback on how to utilize effective communication strategies when engaging with the public through livestreams.
  • Oversee the implementation of comprehensive strategies for livestream content to ensure brand visibility while aligning with broader business objectives by leveraging insight from audience data and market trends.
  • Collaborate with our clients’ marketing and other related teams to plan the needed content for livestreams including but not limited to product demos, promotions, or other special events.
  • Develop the materials needed for press releases, media materials, and other materials needed for the livestreams utilizing the communication strategies developed to meet clients’ specific needs and expectations.
  • Develop and integrate live audience engagement features for the livestreams to collect real-time feedback from clients’ customer base and to better understand what affects public opinion on product offerings, offered services, and more.
